We offer various international shipping options to ensure a smooth and secure delivery process:
Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) Shipping – A cost-effective method where running vehicles are driven onto a specialized vessel for transport.
Container Shipping – Best for high-value vehicles or multiple cars, offering extra protection during transit.
Air Freight – The fastest shipping option for urgent deliveries, ideal for luxury or time-sensitive shipments.
- We ship internationally to UAE, USA, and Canada. If you need shipping to another country, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
Order Issues
- Pre-shipment refers to the final checks and procedures carried out before the vehicle is dispatched. This includes verifying all necessary documentation, confirming payment, conducting a final quality inspection, and coordinating with the shipping company to ensure timely departure.
- Once booked, you can hold the car for up to 72 hours. After that, we’ll reach out to confirm your interest in proceeding with the purchase.
Updating Your Order
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or edited. However, if you need to make changes, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will review your request and determine if modifications can be accommodated before shipment.
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately. Address changes may be accommodated before the shipment is processed. Once the vehicle has been shipped, changes may not be possible or could incur additional fees.
Return Policy
No, all sales are final. Shah Motors does not accept returns once the vehicle has been delivered and received by the customer.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Minor cosmetic damages or wear and tear typical of used vehicles.
- Issues disclosed before purchase or agreed upon in the sales contract.
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
